  Seven Hills Foundation and Affiliates offers assistance to help ease the cost of child care for eligible families. The Department of Transitional Assistance office determines family eligibility. You may qualify for full or partial financial support to help ease the cost of child care. Follow the steps below to begin the application process.   1. Contact Seven Hills Foundation and Affiliates in Greenfield at 508-796-0275
  
  2. Schedule an appointment with a counselor
  
  3. Get Your Documents Prepared

  • license or other photo ID
  • Proof of Residency: Utility bill, vehicle registration, rental agreement, or mortgage statement
  • Age of Child Needing Care: Birth certificate
  • Income: Pay stubs or tax returns
  • Other Income: Unemployment, pension, alimony, workers compensation, etc.
