You may qualify for full or partial financial support to help ease the cost of child care. Follow the steps below to begin the application process. 2. Schedule an appointment with a counselor
3. Get Your Documents Prepared
license or other photo ID
Proof of Residency: Utility bill, vehicle registration, rental agreement, or mortgage statement
Age of Child Needing Care: Birth certificate
Income: Pay stubs or tax returns
Other Income: Unemployment, pension, alimony, workers compensation, etc.
