You just got engaged - congratulations! But now what? The important thing for engaged couples to keep in mind as they check numerous items off their pre-wedding "to-do" list, is the well-known adage, "Your wedding lasts a day, but your marriage lasts a lifetime."

Meet with the Priest. For couples planning to marry in the Catholic Church, please make an appointment with Father Pierz six to nine months before your anticipated wedding date to begin the marriage preparation process.

Schedule the Church. If you are planning to marry at Holy Trinity Church or Blessed Sacrament Church, please contact our parish office for available dates.

Beloved Program. To be well-prepared, Blessed Trinity Parish offers marriage preparation to help couples develop a better understanding of the Sacrament; to evaluate and deepen their readiness to live married life, and to gain insights into themselves as individuals and as a couple. Our Beloved Program is a Pre-Cana program consisting of a series of marriage prepartion classes. We have have 5 married couples that will facilitate the classes - one with 10+ years married, one 20+, one 30+ and one 40+  to a lead each couple though 4 sessions. Each session will be between 2-3 hours long and will have two couples present. In addition, Father Pierz will be meeting with each engaged couple in this program. This program will be offered twice a year.
